SALES CONTRACT, RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

Before the deposit is paid, a sales contract is prepared by KOTANLAR CONSTRUCTION. This contract includes the agreed sale price of the property, payment dates, delivery date, the rights of both parties, and any special conditions agreed upon.

Documents Required for Title Deed Transfer

TITLE DEED TRANSFER

πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡· For citizens of the Republic of Turkey:

If all procedures are arranged as specified above, your information is submitted to the title deed office between 09:00 and 12:00 in the morning, and the seller is informed via SMS. After the necessary fees are deposited at the state bank in the afternoon, the title deed transfer process takes place, and the title deed will be issued in your name at the title deed office.

🌍 For non-citizens of the Republic of Turkey:

If all procedures are arranged as specified above, both the buyer's information and the property details will be submitted to the Title Deed Cadastre Directorate by our staff. From there, this information is forwarded to the Aegean Army Command to check the application request. This is because the sale of certain areas in Turkey to foreigners is prohibited.

According to the new law enacted in 2014, if at least one foreigner has purchased property on the same plot, other foreign citizens can receive their title deed on the same day without needing to apply again to the AEGEAN ARMY COMMAND.

⏳ Army permission approval takes approximately 3 months, and once approved, you can receive your title deed issued in your name from the title deed office or your lawyer.
